How to indicate availability for matches
On Monday evenings
following team selection, the teams will be posted onto this website.
Cricketers should login to the website and click the 'Teamsheets'
button. A screenshot of the button is shown below:
This will display upcoming fixtures. If necessary, select
the relevant team from the links down the left hand side. Again, a screenshot of this area is shown below:
If you have
been selected, your name will be listed and to the right of your name will be two
buttons - "I'm available" and "I'm unavailable". You need to click the
relevant button to indicate availability. Please do this for each
fixture listed as soon as possible. The screen should look something like the following:
All players have had usernames and
passwords created. Those of you who don't know what their
username/password is, please phone Steve Black on 07703 440935. You can
change your password once you have logged in by clicking on 'Update my profile'.
This system is very easy
to use, so please use it in preference to telephone calls. However, if you can't get to a computer to do this, please phone Steve
Newstead as soon as possible after Monday. For junior fixtures players
should ring their team manager.
Players can indicate
general availability for all fixtures, using the "Availability" button
on the top menu. This shows the dates that fixtures have been arranged
and the teams that are playing on those days. If you have work
commitments or are on holiday for certain days, please indicate this by
selecting the appropriate response from the pull-down menu on the
right. This will ensure that when the teams are selected for future
matches you won't be selected if you have already indicated
unavailability. The screen shot below shows what the "Availability" screen looks like:

The "Availability" button is not visible until you login.
